On top of the plan there is a per-trade fee. It is charged through the venue itself and needs you to sign its approval with your wallet. That signature does not authorise withdrawals: it only tags your orders. Skip it and the bot still trades, without the platform fee.

Can you touch my funds?
No. We store an API wallet with no withdrawal permission: it can place and cancel orders in your account, nothing else. The money never leaves it, not even in transit.
What happens if your server goes down?
Orders already placed stay alive on the venue. When we are back, the engine recognises them as its own and carries on. What stops meanwhile is placing new orders.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time. On a downgrade, bots over the new limit are paused — never closed — and you decide which ones to keep.
Do you guarantee profits?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. CRYPTON automates a strategy you choose; it can lose money, and with leverage it can lose all of it.
